  • Can I pick up or send my own courier?
    Sorry, we are not set up for pickups as we are 100% online. We only use our own couriers.

  • How do I track my orders?
    As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email with a tracking ID. There is a link in the email we send, if you click the link you are able to see the latest delivery details. (Note, sometimes the emails end up in your spam, please make sure you add us to your 'safe sender list'.
    Alternatively, you can log in to your account and click > MY ORDERS > TRACK. 

  • What are your delivery time frames?
    We aim to have all orders placed on weekdays before 12 pm AEST and sent out the same day.

  • How do I request a credit or refund?
    Please see our "Happy to Help Policy" on our website. This outlines the procedures we require to address your request promptly.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Normally deliveries can take up to 5 working days. Queensland deliveries are normally between 1-2 days.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?
    Orders large or small, we send them all, minium spent $100.- excl. delivery.

  • Do you supply the public?
    No, we don't, we only supply people that have an Australian Business Number (ABN).

  • Why can't I see the prices?
    You would need an account in order to see prices. Once you created your account, we will have to approve your account first. That means we check if your Australian Business Number (ABN) is correct. If that's OK, your account will be approved, and you will receive an email confirming this approval. From this moment you can log in, see prices, and order online.

  • How do I create an account?
    Go on our website to the top right corner of the page (on a PC) and click the 'create free account' link. Here you can create your account

  • How long does it take for my account to be approved?
    Normally within hours, always within 24 hours. Please note, that you will receive an email confirmation once your account is approved. (please keep an eye on your spam folder, and if you find us there, please add us to the safe sender list)

  • Can I buy without an Australian Business Number (ABN)?
    No, an ABN is required.

  • Do you deliver Australia-wide?
    Yes, we do.

  • Can you deliver international orders?
    Yes, we can, but currently not through our website. Please view our international orders page for the requirements.
